Community Support Specialist- Lebanon Adult

Do you like working within a team environment?  Assisting individuals manage their symptoms through developing, reinforcing and applying strategies and skills?  Do you have experience providing crisis interventions, conducting risk assessments? If you have answered yes to two or more of the above questions, this is a job for you! The Community Support Specialist provides Individualized Resiliency and Recovery Oriented Services (IROS) and Enhanced Illness and Management Recover (EIMR) services to clients both in the office and in a community setting.  You work with clients to manage their mental health symptoms. We provide all clinical services in ways keeping with an outcome oriented, recovery-based philosophy that is both effective and efficient. Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Experience: Experience preferred, but will train the right candidate. Required Skills: Excellent organizational and communications skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to learn necessary computer and technical skills essential to the position and Agency.
