About the Position:
The Law Office of Margaret Jacobs & Kerry Rigas PLLC is seeking a Reception and Client and Data Coordinator to serve as the gatekeeper and organizer of our fast-paced transactional real estate law office. This is more than just reception or data entry—this role is vital to ensuring the smooth flow, and efficient management of client files, information, and communications.
As the pulse of our office, you’ll oversee the flow of digital and physical client and file information, ensuring Responsibilities:Serve as School Nurse for students enrolled at Crossroads Academy five days a weekOversee the general operations of the health office Triage for illness, injury, and mental health issues/implement first aid treatments/treat for illnessesPrepare and distribute “Daily and Attendance” and other communications as neededIn collaboration with other employees, update emergency response plan annually and provide training to Staff & FacultyParticipate in assigned committeesSchedule and monitor all Opening for the 2025-2026 school year.Assistant Teacher – Grades 3, 4, & 52025 - 202680% FTE, 32 hours per week Non-exempt under FLSA
Assistant Teacher responsibilities:
Assist homeroom teachers in all daily chores including correcting work, helping keep the room clean, copying, gathering materials, and other classroom dutiesStaff, with homeroom teachers, all homeroom responsibilities including recess & lunch After-Care Responsibilities:Assist in after-care duties from 3:00 – 5:00, as needed on Monday - Thursday, until there are less than 12 studentsFollow all after-care policies and guidelinesWork with students to complete homework assignments Understand and follow emergency procedures including: Location of Crossroads Academy Emergency Plan, student health emergency plans, first aid kit, and parent contact information.
