The CCBA has been building community for 100 years!
Founded in 1919, the Carter Community Building Association (CCBA) is a nonprofit recreation and fitness organization. We encourage people of all ages and physical abilities to play, exercise, and compete.
The CCBA has wonderful indoor and outdoor facilities!
Located in downtown Lebanon, the CCBA operates two buildings and a park. Our indoor facilities include a 25-yard, six-lane pool, a hot tub, a double gymnasium and a practice gym, cardiovascular and strength training areas, multiple free weight rooms, a Functional Fitness studio, group fitness studios, game room, preschool classrooms, a child care room, and locker rooms with saunas. Our outdoor complex features the Sports Park at CCBA with two turf fields and a mutli-sport surface, a basketball court, two tennis courts/pickleball courts, play structures, a pavilion, and a multi-purpose grass field with soccer goals.

The CCBA is seeking someone with a current American Red Cross Lifeguard certification to watch over the Dwinell Pool, our 25-yard glass-enclosed indoor swimming pool with six lap lanes and a diving board.

We are looking for someone age 16 or older to work or volunteer with the CCB’s Youth Drop-in Center. Hours are 3:00-5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
