Job Title: Psychiatrist (Part-Time)
Schedule: Part-Time | Up to 16 Hours/Week
Pay: $100–$125/hour DOE
Location: New Hampshire & Vermont (License Required or Eligible)

What You’ll Do
At Trivium Life Services, we’re building a different kind of mental health practice—one that blends clinical expertise with integrative, person-centered care. We’re looking for a Psychiatrist who is passionate about holistic wellness, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions
• Incorporate integrative care and metabolic psychiatry where applicable
• Collaborate with internal teams and community providers to support continuity of care
• Order and interpret labs as needed; educate clients on treatment and prevention
• Consult with clinical staff and leadership as needed
• Document accurately and efficiently using our EHR
• Uphold HIPAA standards and ethical responsibilities
• Participate in supervision, trainings, and continuing education
• May be contacted after hours for emergencies

What You’ll Need
We’re seeking a psychiatrist who brings both clinical skill and a passion for person-centered care.
Qualifications:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical program
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in New Hampshire and Vermont
• Active DEA license in NH and VT, or ability to obtain
• 2–4 years of experience in direct psychiatric care, including work with adults and/or adolescents with complex mental health concerns
• Experience with co-occurring disorders, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care preferred
• Strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusivity
• Proficient in EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools
