As a member of the CAE leadership team, the Finance and Administration Director works closely with staff in developing systems and Job Summary: To inspire and guide our clients on their journey to wellness by designing and leading Pilates classes tailored to clients’ needs and abilities. Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment during exercise. Pay Range: $40-$80 depending upon class size + FREE UVAC Membership Duties/Responsibilities:Design and lead Pilates classes tailored to clients' needs and abilities.Educate clients on proper body mechanics and alignment during exercises.Provide individualized attention to ensure Sales, facilitation, and teaching, of American Red Cross courses per the ARC standard. Supports the Aquatics Director in the day to day needs of the Red Cross program. Responsible for outreach to area businesses to sell Red Cross Programming. Pay Range: $22 - $28.81 + + commission on Red Cross group sales + FREE UVAC Membership Duties and Responsibilities:Inbound and Outbound sales to build ARC programming at UVAC.Builds ARC schedule and classes into online software and acts as liaison for UVACTeaches ARC
