Grafton Regional Development Corporation Launches Upper Valley Childcare Solutions Partnership

Grafton Regional Development Corporation (GRDC) today announced the launch of the Upper Valley Childcare Solutions Partnership, a seven-month regional initiative designed to address the Upper Valley’s acute shortage of quality, affordable childcare.
