CSB WELCOMES NEW BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND CORPORATORS

Claremont Savings Bank, a locally-owned bank since 1907, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Board of Trustees at their Annual Meeting in April along with three new Corporators.  Please join us in welcoming Greg Soho and Noah Souza to the Board of Trustees and Joshua Dufresne, Nancy Merrill, and Jeremy St. Pierre as new Corporators.

Greg Soho is the co-owner and CFO of Granite Air Center. Greg’s background in finance and aviation, along with his long history of community involvement, will be invaluable as we continue to strengthen our operations. Noah Souza brings his expertise in technology as the leader of IT DevOps at Hypertherm. With Noah’s experience in digital transformation and modern business processes, Noah will bring a fresh perspective to the Board.

“We are excited to welcome Greg, Noah, Joshua, Nancy and Jeremy to the Claremont Savings Bank family. With fresh faces joining us as Trustees and Corporators, we’re confident that their experience and dedication will help guide us through the next chapter of growth and success” stated David Finnerty, President & CEO of Claremont Savings Bank.

Joshua Dufresne, CEO of North Star Health, has led healthcare organizations through significant challenges, including during the pandemic. Nancy Merrill, who previously served as the Director of Planning and Economic Development for Claremont, is an expert in economic growth and community development. And Jeremy St. Pierre, President of St. Pierre Inc., has a deep commitment to both his work in construction and to his community. Together, they bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to help Claremont Savings Bank continue moving forward.

With a focus on innovation, integrity, and impact, we look forward to the continued strength and success of Claremont Savings Bank.
