The Bugbee Center is hosting a Repair Fair on April 24 from 2-4PM. A repair fair is a free community event where residents can have basic minor repairs made on items. Instead of tossing things away, get them fixed by someone in your community. We have volunteers who can help you with sewing; small home appliances; small household items; chair caning; bike repair; homemade cleaning products; knife sharpening; jewelry, watches; gardening consultations and free seeds; computer tech and more. Bake sale with sweet and savory items. Bugbee will publish a complete list of repairers on its website -- bugbeecenter.org -- one week before the Repair Fair starts. For more information or to sign up as a repair fair volunteer - contact susan@bugbeecenter.org or call 802-295-9068.
