Our mission is to decrease stigma and harm associated with substance use by providing peer-based recovery support, education, advocacy, and resource navigation for individuals and families. The purpose of this role is to support others in their recovery from substance use disorders by serving as a role model, mentor, advocate, and motivator to recovering individuals. • Schedule sessions to provide recovery support and ongoing case management assistance • Develop strong, healthy relationships with participants that support their healing processes and growth in their recovery journey • Actively identify and promote links to community resources that support the participant’s goals and interests • Perform intakes screenings and design recovery plans with new members requesting services • Initial and ongoing trainings specific towards the groups being facilitated • Ongoing documentation processes such as referrals, intakes, data entries, and data reports • Connecting with community partners regularly to promote groups for referrals • Complete required electronic documentation and program-specific forms thoroughly, accurately, and on time using various data platforms as required by contract. • Accurately report time worked using TimeWorksPlus • Participate in supervision and self-evaluation • Participate in required trainings specific towards the recovery field and professional development • Attend and contribute towards scheduled team meetings • Intermediate computer skills • Education and experience in recovery-based field preferred • Position is 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday with the possibility of working one evening per week. • Accepts and supports all pathways to recovery • Capable of meeting people where they are at and supporting them towards their own self-directed goals • Strong team player • Values diversity and inclusion • Maintains high level of confidentiality and HIPPA Compliance Department: TLC Recovery Programs Salary: $22-$24 Supervisor: Recovery Program Director Location: Lebanon, NH
