Marketing & Brand Manager Snyder Donegan Real Estate Group Position Summary Snyder Donegan Real Estate Group is seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to oversee and execute the company’s marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across all platforms. This individual will play a central role in promoting the firm’s luxury real estate listings, strengthening brand visibility, supporting agent success, and ensuring a consistent and elevated client experience throughout the Upper Valley region. The Marketing & Brand Manager will lead the planning, creation, and implementation of digital and print marketing campaigns, manage the firm’s online presence, coordinate advertising and public relations efforts, and support the strategic growth of the Snyder Donegan brand. This position requires a blend of creative vision, project management expertise, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Brand Management & Marketing Strategy • Maintain and enhance the Snyder Donegan brand across all marketing channels and client touchpoints. • Develop and execute annual marketing plans that support company growth, agent productivity, and market leadership. • Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, social media, advertising, signage, and promotional materials. • Identify opportunities to improve visibility, engagement, and market share through innovative marketing initiatives. Digital Marketing & Online Presence • Oversee the company’s website, blog, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels. • Develop and manage engaging content that showcases listings, market expertise, community involvement, and company culture. • Monitor and optimize online performance, user engagement, search visibility, and reputation management. • Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and email marketing initiatives to support listings, events, and company messaging. Listing & Property Marketing • Lead the marketing launch process for luxury and specialty properties. • Coordinate the creation of property-specific websites, digital presentations, photography, video, floor plans, and other marketing assets. • Develop compelling property narratives and marketing materials that highlight unique features and lifestyle opportunities. • Ensure all listing marketing meets the firm’s standards of quality and presentation. Publications, Advertising & Communications • Manage the firm’s relationships with publications, advertising partners, sponsorship organizations, and vendors. • Coordinate print advertising schedules, promotional campaigns, and branded collateral. • Oversee the creation and distribution of market reports, newsletters, email campaigns, and other communications. • Support public relations efforts that enhance the firm’s reputation and visibility throughout the region. Market Research & Reporting • Coordinate the collection, analysis, and presentation of market data and trends. • Produce market intelligence reports and related content that position Snyder Donegan as a trusted source of real estate expertise. • Assist leadership in evaluating marketing effectiveness through analytics, reporting, and performance metrics. Agent & Business Development Support • Provide marketing support and resources that help agents grow their business and better serve clients. • Develop presentations, promotional materials, listing packets, and other tools used in client acquisition and retention. • Collaborate with agents and leadership to identify new opportunities for marketing innovation and business growth. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred. • 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related role. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Experience with website content management systems, email marketing platforms, social media management, and graphic design tools. • Knowledge of luxury real estate marketing is preferred but not required. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure marketing performance. • Creative, self-motivated, and highly detail-oriented.
