Job Summary We are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing at RCS. This role is responsible for driving consistent marketing output, managing campaigns, and supporting pipeline and revenue. This is not a strategy-only position. The expectation is that this person can plan, create, and execute. Just as important, we are looking for someone who brings ideas. We have strong products and real customer stories, but we need someone who can turn that into compelling campaigns, content, and angles that actually get attention and drive engagement. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to turn real customer problems, wins, and use cases into content and campaigns that generate conversations and help close business. Manage third party vendors and external partners, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, timelines, and quality standards. Maintain flexibility to grow into the role as the team expands, with potential to oversee future hires. 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing Experience owning campaigns and content from planning through execution Strong understanding of how marketing supports pipeline and revenue Proven ability to generate ideas and turn them into executed campaigns Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging Experience in retail, POS, or multi-location environments is preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience) Working Conditions: Located and able to work in the US from an RCS-based office space in NH for a hybrid work schedule. Primarily in an office environment, talking on the phone 25% of the day and working on a computer 90% of the day. Will be expected to travel as needed on company business. Own the marketing calendar and ensure consistent weekly output across channels, including email, LinkedIn, video, and customer-facing content. Develop and publish customer stories, case studies, short-form video, and campaign assets that align to current priorities.
Partner directly with Account Executives and Account Managers to support active opportunities. Build content and campaigns tied to industries, products, and real deals. Focus on messaging that highlights ROI, operational improvements, and measurable outcomes.
Plan and execute campaigns across email, social, events, and partner channels. Monitor performance and adjust based on results, with a focus on engagement, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
Develop and execute customer-led marketing initiatives, including webinars, case studies, and on-site content capture. Work closely with the Account Management team to identify and leverage strong customer stories.
Own execution within HubSpot, including lists, workflows, campaigns, and reporting. Collaborate with internal teams on the broader sales and marketing tech stack, including CRM and proposal tools.
Help refine and execute clear, practical messaging across RCS products, including Brijjworks, TPM, and NCR Counterpoint. Ensure all content is aligned to real customer needs and avoids generic or overly technical language.
Bring new ideas to the table on a consistent basis. This includes campaign concepts, content angles, and ways to better tell the RCS story.
