What You’ll Do as a DSP:
You’ll play a key role in supporting residents as they work toward their treatment goals and strive for greater independence. Responsibilities include:

  • Provide Compassionate Support: Assist residents with daily living activities using trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches.
  • Promote Community Engagement: Encourage participation in group activities and community outings.
  • Support Goal Achievement: Help residents set and reach personal goals for growth and well-being.
  • Ensure a Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, stable, and healing atmosphere.
  • Complete Documentation: Accurately document care and interventions in compliance with agency standards.
 What We Offer:
  • Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour
  • Hiring Bonus: Up to $1200
  • Weekend/Holiday Differential: Additional $1.00/hour
  • Paid Training: Comprehensive, on-the-job training

 Schedule Details:
  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Flexible scheduling, including 8-hour shifts to include weekends and holidays
  • Option of 4-day work weeks discussed during interview

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
