West Central Behavioral Health is seeking applicants for the Clinical Supervisor position. The individual will be responsible for the hiring, onboarding, coaching, training, supervising and managing performance. The Clinical Supervisor is a member of the management team that involves collaboration with other clinical and administrative leaders around delivery of shared services, communication of new initiatives, and collaboration with outside agencies around shared clinical endeavors. The Clinical Supervisor participates in development of program activities and assigns cases to team members.  Responsible for ensuring staff provide quality clinical care and meet all clinical documentation and productivity goals. The individual provides services and support to staff members as needed.  The Clinical Supervisor will provide some direct services to clients. Required Education and Experience: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field 3-5 years of clinical experience in a team setting 2 years of supervisory experience preferred NH Mental Health licensure, preferred Excellent organizational and communications skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of and experience with electronic medical record Prior experience in a community mental health environment preferred Be a part of our team!
