We're seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our bakery, creating breads, pastries, cookies, scones, and other farm-made treats for our farmstand and Hello Café. This is a full-time, seasonal position for someone who enjoys working with organic ingredients, collaborating with a creative kitchen team, and celebrating the flavors of each season.
We're looking for someone with:
Compensation: $20–22/hour, plus benefits including paid leave, a 403(b) with employer match, farm produce, employee discounts, and more.
