Eastman is in search of a building maintenance technician to help ensure our buildings are safe, comfortable, and fully operational. This is a hands-on role with full or part-time hours available. The position is available immediately and has a competitive compensation package for full-time employees.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Conduct basic repairs including bulb replacement, small painting jobs, troubleshooting heating/cooling systems, and working directly with onsite contractors.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and address any issues accordingly, including contacting repair personnel should it be required.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities and orchestrate bidding for capital projects and preventive maintenance contracts.
- Monitor and maintain building exteriors to provide clean, safe conditions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and working at heights.
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented attitude.
