Veterinary Assistant and CSR

As the face of our hospital, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our clients and their furry companions. Your friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills will ensure that every visit feels like coming home.

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm and welcoming personality to greet our clients and their pets
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and managing client communications
• Familiarity with patient handling, vaccines, and in-house lab processes
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they feel at home
• Handle phone calls and emails with care and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks
• Support our doctors and nurses in patient care and handling
• Manage payments and insurance claims
• Our ideal candidate would also be able to run rooms (i.e. take pertinent patient history) and have a foundational background in veterinary medicine
