Women's Workshop: Embrace Your Bold Heart

Your heart has an entire energy field and bold mind of its own. Heart energy oversees your ability to give and receive. Hearts want to reach out to the world and embrace abundance, love, joy, and extend comfort to others.

It's time to gather again in Circle! You are cordially invited to join us on the first weekend in February. We're centering around Heart energy, the fourth chakra.

Throughout life's ups and downs, many of us decide to protect ourselves by guarding our hearts as an act of self preservation-- we're afraid to get hurt again. Are you willing to find out what's underneath the fear? I'll give you a hint: it's a four letter word that starts with "L" ;)

Inside the Embracing Your Bold Heart workshop, we'll explore how you can support further opening your heart energy through ritual, breathwork, movement, sharing, and more surprise magic...
