June 16: The Upper Valley’s natural and cultural assets in the visitor spotlight

Since 2021, UNH Extension Community and Economic Development specialists have been working with researchers from West Virginia University, University of Vermont, and Penn State University to study rural tourism development in the post-COVID landscape. The Upper Valley Region of NH and VT was selected as a research location for visitor and resident surveys, regional asset inventories, and place-based visitor assessments. On June 16, Dr. Jada Lindblom from UNH Extension will share research findings and recommendations at the Upper Valley Business Alliance’s Business After Hours event in Lebanon, which is free and open to the public.
