TRIBE Free Trial Week January 12-16

The first week of TRIBE is a FREE trial week for all new participants—no cost, no pressure. TRIBE offers structured, progressive training in a fun, motivating group environment. 

TRIBE Life (Adults):
• Monday/Wednesday – 4:00pm
• Tuesday/Thursday – 6:00am

TRIBE Kids:
• Tuesdays – 3:30pm
