The 2026 Murph Challenge

Honor. Remember. Push your limits. Join us this Memorial Day for the Murph Challenge as we come together to honor LT. Michael P. Murphy and all who have sacrificed for our freedom. Choose your challenge, full, half, or quarter Murph with modifications encouraged so everyone can participate. New this year: Murph Jr. for ages 5–15! Warm-up begins at 7:45 AM, workout starts at 8:00 AM, 9:00am Jr start. Take it at your own pace and complete it alongside your favorite UVAC staff. Challenge includes: 1-mile run, 300 squats, 200 pushups, 100 pullups, 1-mile run. Register at the Welcome Desk to reserve your spot. $10 donation benefits the White River Junction VA Medical Center.
