Whether you're a lifeguard in need of recertification, aspiring to become certified, or simply want to be prepared for emergencies, these courses provide hands-on training and expert instruction.

Prerequisites: Ability to swim 150 yards straight into a 2 minute tread back into a 50 yard swim and complete a timed drill diving for a weighted brick. Fee is $255
