The NH Job Training Fund will reimburse you up to 50% of the cost to train current employees for new roles and responsibilities. Have a great employee that you want to move into a management role? Or do you want to add new services to your current business and your employees need additional training? These are examples of where the Job Training Fund can help.
Who should attend this workshop? Any business that needs to fill positions requiring additional skillsets that current employees cannot meet. Both programs are open to all businesses or organizations regardless of size or type of business.

The Vermont Training Program partners with employers and training providers to train Vermont's employees for the jobs of tomorrow. VTP provides performance based workforce grants for: pre-employment training, training for new hires and incumbent workers. Training can either be on-site or through a training provider/vendor. Grants may cover up to 50% of the training cost.
Our speakers are Benoit Lamontagne, North Country Industrial Agent with the NH Division of Economic Development. Beno represents the division in New Hampshire's northernmost counties – Coos, Grafton and Carroll – assisting businesses with their expansion and retention needs. John Young is the Director of Workforce Development for the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development.
