Hanover, New Hampshire – October 15, 2025 – Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty is proud to host a Joint Business After Hours event with the Hartford Area Chamber of Commerce and the Upper Valley Business Alliance on Wednesday, October 15, from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, at our Hanover office located at 17 ½ Lebanon Street, Hanover, NH 03755.

As part of the evening’s festivities, we are thrilled to showcase the work of Kathryn Downs, a local artist and member of AVA Gallery and Art Center. Her nature-inspired pieces will be on display throughout the event and will remain exhibited in our office through the end of December. All artwork will be available for viewing and purchase.

The evening will include:

• Catering by Little Havana
• Networking and community connections
• Raffle prizes
• Donation drives supporting Upper Valley Haven
  • Non-perishable food items
  • Cold weather gear (hats, gloves, coats, etc.)

We warmly invite the community to stop by, enjoy a vibrant evening of art and networking, and support a great cause. Kathryn Downs’ collection will be available for public viewing and purchase during regular office hours beginning October 15 through December 31, 2025.
