Cuban dance beginner bootcamp and social

Join us for a fun and friendly dance! No partner needed. Beginners welcome! 7:00-8:30 pm - beginner bootcamp: you will learn lead and follow technique for the fundamental moves of the Cuban social dance known as "casino", including paso básico, dile que no, enchufa, and vacila. 8:30-10:00 pm - social/open dancing to practice what you've learned, and of course some rueda de casino (dancing casino in a circle, as a group) as well! Pre-registration is preferred for the bootcamp (please email uvcasineros@gmail.com) Please bring clean shoes and a water bottle.
