?? Schedule: Monday-Thursday / 10:30am-3:30pm (20 hours/week) Reasonable flexibility on schedule.

?? Growth Opportunity:
This role has the potential to evolve into a full-time salaried position as the business expands.
Starting July 1st
6 month commitment (minimum)
• Oversee daily production of soaps, lotions, scrubs, and other body care products
• Manage inventory of raw materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with the owner on product development, quality control, and packaging
• Ensure labeling, batching, and storage meet safety and brand standards
• Help improve systems to support a growing demand and smooth flow
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
• Have experience in production, manufacturing, or natural skincare (preferred but not required)
• Are comfortable moving & lifting up to 30 lbs (we are now using dollies and improving tools to do less heavy lifting)
• Value sustainability, natural ingredients, and handcrafted traditions
• Enjoy working in a small, collaborative, purpose-driven environment
• Have leadership or team coordination experience
• Have knowledge of essential oils or herbal body care
• Are familiar with small-batch production workflows
