Member Services Assistant

Provides guest services at the front desk of the Witherell Recreation Center including:

• Greeting members, assisting them to obtain information about programs and fees, and enrolling them.
• Collecting and performing counts of funds collected.
• Answering incoming telephone calls and ensuring that inquiries are responded to or routed accurately and promptly.
• Interacts with participants, colleagues, and those having business with the organization in a positive, consumer-oriented manner.
