Our fast-growing team is looking for a motivated individual with excellent people skills and the ability to establish great customer relations. This is a seasonal part-time position with the potential to offer live-in accommodations with a private room, shared common area, kitchen, and bathroom. 
 
At Hanover Adventure Tours (HAT), we live and breathe outdoor exploration and enjoyment. We are an adventure center located along the beautiful Connecticut River (4 miles from Dartmouth College and 3.3 miles from the Appalachian trail) that provides hostel lodging, e-bicycles, watercraft, and summer & winter adventure equipment rentals.

Responsibilities: 

• Undertake general hostel associate role including check-ins, check-outs, general customer service
• Maintain effective routine communications with the Hostel Manager
• Make beds, clean and organize bathrooms, hotel rooms and common areas
• Wash laundry and dishes
• Set up continental (self-serve) breakfast
• Assist with transportation/shuttle requests
• Handle incoming telephone calls and reservations

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
• Basic computer and telephone communication skills
• Supportive and positive attitude
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
