Facilities Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance – 6 Months
If you’re looking for a short-term, active role at an excellent employer, then don’t miss this Facilities Maintenance opportunity! You’ll follow up on work requests for day-to-day building maintenance needs. This assignment works full-time, first-shift hours and is expected to last for approximately 6 months.
Responsibilities of Facilities Maintenance

  • Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
  • Complete basic mechanical tasks, including, but not limited to, greasing motors, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural awareness through actions, interactions, and communications with others
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Facilities Maintenance
  • High school diploma or equivalent education and experience
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and stand for extended periods of time
  • Valid driver’s license
