Celebrate the arrival of Spring with a wild edible foods walk hosted by the Robie Farm in Piermont, NH. Join experienced wildcrafters Darren Clark and Mark Robie on an educational tour through the barnyard, meadow, floodplain, and forest habitat. Discussion will include identification, harvesting tips & techniques, and culinary qualities of a wide array of available edible species of plants and mushrooms.
Walk will be preceded by a lunch featuring wild and local farm raised food.
