Join the Vermont Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association for a presentation on lifestyle choices and their impact on the aging process. We will learn about important information and research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Together we will brainstorm opportunities in our region to bolster brain health, stay connected, and age well. This program is open to anyone, including those with dementia.
