Exhausted by the quantity of cukes, summer squash, and zucchini in your garden? Learn more about substituting them into a variety of different dishes to reap their great health benefits and we’ll taste test a few different ways to prepare them. Best part? Kids will take home some recipes to put them to good use.
Join us at Dancing Bear Farm for a Saturday of picking, prepping & eating fresh produce straight from the garden- led by Emily McNamara, a local Functional Nutritional Therapist and whole food advocate! Prepare to have tastebuds tickled with a variety of new recipes, stories, and information about locally grown herbs, vegetables & fruits to take home at the end of each session, along with a prepared dish to enjoy alongside their packed lunch.
