Fall Fitness Fling at Upper Valley Aquatic Center: All Day November 18, 2024
UVAC Trainers will offer FREE 30-minute sessions! This event is FREE to all members and non-members.
Sign-up for your FREE session, starting November 1, on the sheets in the hallway outside the Fitness Center.
What we expect from you!
- A completed PAR-Q questionnaire. Questionnaires are available at Fitness Desk and Welcome Desk prior to class.
- Come dressed ready to work out.
- Bring questions.
- Have Fun!
What to expect from us!
• Lots of Energy!
• We will use a set of foundational full-body exercises as a baseline and tailor them to your needs.
• You can expect a balanced workout experience that combines challenging exercises with those that offer a sense of accomplishment.
