DESCRIPTION:The Chaplaincy Team at Visiting Nurse and Hospice for VT and NH (VNH) hosts free weekly Grief and Loss Support Groups for anyone who may need support. All are welcome to walk in and attend one or more each week. Groups last approximately 90 minutes\, locations and meeting times are below:\n\n\n\nTuesdays\, 3:00 PM   Thetford Center Community Association\, 3923 Rte. 113 Thetford Center\, VT (white building across from Town Offices).
